Somewhere towards the end of last year it become Renard, Monroe, Nick, Wu, Hank, Juliette; Rosalee has squeaked in between Wu and Hank...if she keeps going the way she is, I'll probably bump Rosalee up over Wu.

My favorite characters are Monroe, Renard, Wu, Rosalee and Adalind. for some reason, I've liked Adalind from the start. Good to know she had something good to do in the recent episode. (It's still in my Hulu queue.)

And on the subject of Renard (what?), I wonder what he wants, and if it's something Nick, being the untypical Grimm, would be okay with if only Renard told him about it.

I'm really curious about this as well. Is he protecting Nick? Using Nick? Is Renard a villain or just a grey character? I know he's pretty cold and calculating so he's not a hero but I would like to see an anti-hero rather than a villain.

In a way, Nick/Rosalee/Monroe remind me of S1 ATS.

Well, let's hope a better fate awaits Monroe and Rosalee than was met by both Doyle and Cordelia.

Was Monroe playing the first few opening notes from Angel's theme song when Nick stopped by?

I don't think that he did, but it's not impossible. It was only a few notes. I did notice that the score music that continued in the scene after that was in the same tonality. I caught the same musical phrase in it, which I thought was a nice touch.

Really enjoyed last week's episode it had the perfect balance of humor, drama, and action. Nick was a total BAMF! My only complaint was the lack of Renard...I need more Capt. Foxy in my episodes.
Speaking of Angel, for some reason I couldn't help but get an ATS vibe, mostly S1's Hero from this episode, not sure why though.

Yeah, hard to say, but I'm going to amuse myself by believing he was. It's also cool that Monroe is quite the Renaissance man.

Well, I think Greenwalt may be a bit more trustworthy than Whedon. We'll see, I suppose.

The werewolf reads "The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire" to fall asleep and Bigfoot's name is Larry. You gotta love this show.

Makes sense to me. I think that would be put me to sleep, too. I wonder if sales of the book have gone up since the airing?
