Summary: Some one has their eye on Cordelia, and it’s not Angel.

Part 1
“Angel.” Cordelia called as she entered his office. “I have to the store, do you need me to pick you up anything while I’m out?”
“No, not that I can think of.” Angel said looking up at his girlfriend as she held out her hand.
“What?” Angel asked.
“hell-o Angel I just said I was going to the store, which means I need your credit card.” Cordelia said smiling.
Angel reluctantly pulled out his wallet and took the credit card out.
“Now before I give this to you this, promise me you wont go crazy with it.”
“I promise I wont. I’m only going to pick up a couple things for the office.” Cordelia said as Angel handed her the credit card.
“Oh and maybe a couple pairs of new shoes I saw last week at the mall.” Cordelia said as she walked out of the office.
“Cordelia.” Angel called after her.
Cordelia smiled to herself as she pictured the panic on Angels face.
“I’m only kidding Angel.” Cordelia said as she popped her head back in the office. “Besides I already bought them last week.
Before Angel could even say anything Cordelia quickly made her way out of the hotel.
Later that day Cordelia sat quietly at the park bench after she had finished all her shopping enjoying the nice sunny LA day.
After a few minuets Cordelia decided it was time to head back.
Cordelia had gotten up and started to walk, when a black dog came out of nowhere and knocked her to the grown.
“Hay you stupid dog get off me.” Cordelia said as she tried to push a dog off of her.
“Tripper! Get off her now.” A young man said running up, and pulling the dog off of Cordelia.
“I’m really sorry about that.” The young man said as he helped Cordelia up. “Your not hurt are you?”
“No, just a little dirty.” Cordelia said as she whipped the dirt off her pants
“I’m really sorry about that, Tipper is usually well behaved I don’t know what got into him. If you want you can send me your dry cleaning bill.” The young man offered Cordelia.
“Thanks, but it’s Ok, really.” Cordelia smiled.
“Are you sure? I really feel bad about everything Ms? I’m sorry I didn’t get you name.” The man said.
“Oh I’m sorry. My name is Cordelia, Cordelia Chase.” Cordelia said extending her hand to the young man.
“Nice to meet you Cordelia. My name is Benjamin Prime, and you’ve are ready met Tripper.” Benjamin said shaking Cordelia’s hand.
“It’s nice to meet you Benjamin, but I really need to be getting back to work.” Cordelia said picking up her shopping bags.
“Do you need a lift?” Benjamin asked. “My car is just over there.”
“Thanks, but I just work around the corner. It was nice to meet you again Benjamin, you too Tripper.” Cordelia said as she rubbed the dog’s head then turned and walked away.
After Cordelia was no longer in site Benjamin smiled and looked down at Tripper. “Good boy, you found a keeper this time.”
Part 2
"I'm back." Cordelia called out as she entered the hotel.
"How was shopp." Angel started to say as he came out of the office and noticed
Cordelia clothes.
"Are you ok? What happened?" Angel asked moving quickly with his vampire speed to
her side.
"Relax Angel I'm fine nothing happened." Cordelia said walking past Angel to set her
bags down on the counter.
"Cordelia don't tell me nothing happened, your clothes are all dirty something
happened." Angel said pressing the issue.
"Oh that." Cordelia said. "Just put it this way, mans best friend was just being a bit to
friendly."
"What?" Angel asked confused.
"I stopped at the park on the way back, and when I was leaving a black dog came out
of nowhere and knocked me down. That's all Angel nothing more." Cordelia said
hopefully convincing her over protecting vampire boyfriend that everything was fine.
That there was no big bad demon he needed to go kill.
"You know I don't like it when you go to the park by yourself Cordelia." Angel said a bit
annoyed.
"Angel stop it right now." Cordelia said putting her hands on her hips, and giving him a
stern look. "It's in the middle of the day Angel no big bad ugly is going to jump out and
get me."
"Cor." Angle started to say, but was cut off by Cordelia.
"Angel I know you care about me, and you just want to make sure I'm safe, but you
need to stop with the over protective boyfriend." Cordelia said softly taking Angels
hand. "I know our family has been through a lot this last year with Wesley and Conner,
but I promise you I'm not going any where."
"I'm sorry Cordelia. I know your right, it's just that I've lost so much already, and I
can't bare losing you to." Angel said touching Cordelia's face.
"Angel you can never lose me." Cordelia said as her lips softly meet Angel.
"Angel." Cordelia said softly as she broke apart from their kiss. "Where is everyone?"
"Gunn and Fred took Conner to the movies, and Lorne and Groo went out for a quiet
night alone." Angel said bring his lips back to Cordelia's
"So the means we have the hotel to ourselves." Cordelia said with a smile.
"Yes, at least for the next 3 hours we do." Angel said kissing Cordelia's neck.
"Well, then I guess we better use these 3 hours of peace and quiet wisely." Cordelia
said as Angel continued to kiss her neck making it hard for her to talk.
"And just what do you have in mind Ms Chase?" Angel asked looking into her eyes.
"You'll see." Cordelia said taking Angel by the hand and leading him to the stairs.
But what Angel and Cordelia didn't realize is that they weren't alone.
"Cordelia soon you will learn that it is me and only me you'll be with." Benjamin said in a
low icy voice as he watched Cordelia and Angel slowly make it up the stairs not letting
go of each other.
Part 3
"Come on sleepy time to wake up." Angel gentle whispered into Cordelia's ear.
"Mmmm sleep." Cordelia mumbled pulling the covers over her head.
"Cordelia it's time to get up." Angel said pulling the covers back down.
"I don't want to." Cordelia said putting the pillow over her head to block her eyes from the light in the room.
"It's noon, don't you think you should be getting up for work?" Angel asked taking the pillow off her head.
"No." Cordelia glared at Angel.
"Don't you think your boss will get mad if you don't show up to work." Angel asked with a straight face, knowing full well who her boss was.
Cordelia couldn't help, but smile at Angel trying to be serious. "He better not be, it's all his fault I'm tired any ways."
"All his fault, and how is that?" Angel asked.
"He was a very very needy man last night." Cordelia said pulling Angel down closer to her.
"Needy huh, just how needy was he?" Angel asked his lips barely touching Cordelia.
"Very. He made me stay up all night and make love to him, fulfilling all of his needs and wants." Cordelia said as she captured Angel's lips with hers.
"But what about your needs?" Angel asked as his lips slowly made there way down Cordelia's neck
"I wa.. I want." Cordelia softly moaned.
"Yes." Angel asked.
"I want to take a shower." Cordelia said pushing Angel off her.
"What!" Angel yelled.
"I said I wanted to take a shower." Cordelia said walking to the bathroom.
"Can't the shower wait till after we're done?" Angel asked sitting up.
'Nope." Cordelia said from the bathroom starting the shower.
"But Cordy I'm kinda a little too ready to stop now." Angel whined.
"Well, then I guess next time you keep me up all night, then wake me up when I tell you I'm still tired you'll know better." Cordelia said with a smile on her face and shut the bathroom door.
"Tease." Angel muttered falling back onto the pillow.
Angel was still lying on the bed when Cordelia come out of the bathroom.
"Hey." Cordelia said sitting down on the bed. "I didn't think you would still be up here.
"Ya well, I didn't think it would be a good idea to go down stairs until I loosened up a little." Angel grumbled.
"I'm sorry Angel." Cordelia said looking at her feet. "I guess I'm just a little cranky today."
"A little." Angel said looking at her.
"If I said I would make it all up to you tonight, would that make it all better?" Cordelia asked biting her bottom lip.
"No, but it would be a start." Angel said sitting up and kissing her. "Come on lets down stairs."
Cordelia and Angel make their way down stairs talking and holding hands.
"Well look who finely decided to join us." Wesley teased Cordelia.
"Hey it's not may fault Angel can't get enough of me, and kept me up all night long." Cordelia said making her way over to get a cup of coffee.
It's a good thing vampires could blush, because Angels face would be beet red. "Cordy!"
"What, I'm only telling them something they already know." Cordelia said with a little grin on her face.
"Yes, but its one thing to know about it and another to have to hear about it." Wesley said fidgeting with his glasses.
"Oh please, we are all big boys and girls in the room, and it's not like we have never talk about sex before." Cordelia said feeling in somewhat of a devilish mood.
"Cordelia." Angel said in a warning tone.
"Alright alright, I won't talk about s-e-x in front of the guys, babies." Cordelia said plopping down behind her desk.
"So, I guess that means I'll have to wait for the guys to leave to get all the juicy details." Fred said picking up on Cordelia's playful mood.
"What!" Angel, Gunn, and Wesley yelled in unison causing Cordelia and Fred to burst out laughing.
The girls were still laughing when a deliveryman walked in the front doors.
"Excuse me, I have a delivery for Ms. Chase."
"Oh, that's me." Cordelia said jumping up.
"Can you please sign here?" The man said handing Cordelia a clipboard.
Cordelia singed the clipboard and past it back. "Thank you." The man said and handed Cordelia a long white box with a red ribbon around it.
"Your welcome." Cordelia said walking back over to her desk with the box.
"What is it?" Fred asked coming over to the desk.
"I don't know." Cordelia said opening the box to find a dozen pink roses. "Oh my."
"There gorgeous Cordy. Who are they from?" Fred asked
"I don't know." Cordelia said looking for a card. She knew they weren't from Angel he never sent her flowers. Ok he's given her flowers but he's never had them delivered to her.
"Here it is." Cordelia said finding the card and opening it.
"There from Benjamin." Cordelia said reading the card.
"Benjamin." Angel said in a low growl, but it was still heard by Cordelia.
"Angel relax, there from the guy I told you about at the park yesterday. He felt bad about his dog knocking me down and just wanted to apologize." Cordelia said looking at her sometimes broody over protecting boyfriend.
Angel wished he could. The guy had only sent her flowers to apologize, but he couldn't help feeling that something wasn't right.
