Not Getting Your Notification E-mails?

There are a few different reasons why some folks may not be receiving their board notifications, including private message alerts, thread updates, and registration confirmation links:

1. You may have an old e-mail address in your profile. Check and make sure it's current. If you change it, the board will need to reconfirm your valid address -- please make sure you answer the confirmation message! If you don't receive it, e-mail me at penny @ stranger-things-dot-net.

2. Your mailbox may be over its size limit. Make sure you have enough room to receive new e-mails.

3. Your ISP may have installed spam filters that interpret ST messages as junk mail. Try adding ST to your e-mail address book -- it could solve the problem.

4. You may have blocked all "unknown" e-mail from your AOL or other account. Again, just make sure ST is in your address book.
