I never said I *hoped* she'd end up in a two second scene on the cutting room floor. I pray she gets the big role and can actually show her chops and not just her...attributes in a bedroom scene. Because even if it's a blockbuster, no one will remember seeing her if you blink and miss her, IYKWIM. But, with all the articles and the mention in Variety, I would think it would be more than a one-scene role, so that's making me less pessimistic. |

To be honest my biggest "fear" isn't that she'll end up on the cutting room floor but that, the role will be little more than one or two sex sceens. I'd hate for her just to be there to supply teenage boys with fantasy material. However, I'm going to look on the bright side and hope she ends up as some plucky; ball busting girlfriend who keeps Handsome Rob on his toes. Quote:

I guess right now I'm less interested in her part in it than all the publicity. I'm sort of hoping that Statham takes her out to a few places because TMZ loves to report on his comings and goings.
It would be better press for her to get on some gossip sites. Bad, I know, but that's how people succeed in this industry these days (Paris Hilton, anyone?). And she is a classy lady so you know it would be the right kind of exposure. (Not like whoops! not wearing panties kind LOL)

Ahem. We should all really leave comments on all these internet articles/press releases. They're bound to have someone who checks this stuff and lots of positive feedback for Charisma may well result in her getting the screentime we're all so desperately hoping for. It might do well to mention wanting to see her kick ass in leather too...

This article is funny...and seems to echo our sentiments. Is it weird and obsessive that I keep looking for updates?

Well if it is you're in good company (and a lot of it) on this board!

Can anyone get their comments on Variety to post? I put one up but nothing. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or what.

I just tried and couldn't. Perhaps they screen them first? Either that or the site dislikes FF (if you used that too?).

I used IE. I'm hoping they just screen them since I didn't register.

Hell no, I'm too lazy to do it, so I'm glad there's some one like you who cares enough to track these down and bring them here so I can read them. BTW - Thanks for this article, I really liked what he had to say and I totally echo his hopes that CC gets to kick a little ass.

Absolutely brilliant! I'm so very happy for her, like the article from cinemablend said I hope this is the start of great things for her.
Love how all these articles ooze admiration for CC!
