You're Welcome (hospital scene)
You guys know the scene in the hospital in You're Welcome, where Wes and Angel walk towards the bed and Cordelia pops out and pulls the curtain fast? Does anyone think that Cordelia's actually in the bed and the Cordy that's in the episode is only 'Spirit Cordy' or whatever, and that's why she can be right behind Angel one moment and then dying in a hospital across town another?

The PTB allowed her spirit to become corporeal for one last adventure in order to get Angel back on track.
