Relative Chaos Website

I didn't see this posted by anyone here, but ABC Family has the Relative Chaos website up and running. You can view the preview, play some sort of game, get the scoop on the characters, etc.

If you have a second, go click to increase traffic and make sure to hit on CC's character profile for extra measure.

Thanks for linking us up. That's a fun little site. This movie looks like a lot of fun. It's a relief from soft porn and angst.

That website has just convinced me that Catherine and Gil end up together (CC/NB).

I don't know why it just seems highly likely given the network and context of the show as well as the character bios.

You can't seriously be refering to that Lifetime movie as soft porn? It was nowhere near Skinamax. Hell, there wasn't anything in that movie you can't see on network TV, IMO.

I've seen hardcore porn, porn, and soft porn. By my definitions of these terms, the Lifetime movies that CC have been in are soft porn in that their atmosphere and main attraction seem to be skin and sex. Skinamax is mostly plain ol' porn and movies like Deepthroat are the hardcore versions (although Skinamax probably has quite a bit of the hardcore variety these days). YMMV.

Obviously it does, which is fair.

Leaving aside the issue of degrees of porn, this just looks like a much more 'fun' movie than CC's Lifetime projects. I'm quite jealous that I won't get to see it here in Canada.

Lifetime movies are designed to depress not entertain

This does look like a fun movie, and rather funny. Plus it'll be nice just to see NB and CC on the screen together. NB was adorable in Celeste in the City

See, I find Lifetime movies very entertaining and fun. In most of these movies, a woman is in some kind of jeopardy, and being victimized by someone (a stalker, someone who wants revenge for something, etc). After weeks (or months) of their victimizer making their lives hell, and the police writing her off as a hysterical female (or a suspect in a crime she didn't commit) the victim--who often starts as a wimp who never stood up for herself before--must dig deep and find the strength to fight back. These movies often end with a physical confrontation between the victim and her victimizer in which the bad guy gets his or her ass kicked.

I admit, the ass-kicking is usually my favorite part.

There have been a few recent Lifetime movies that have "cleverly" gone against this formula. (There's a twist ending, where you learn the innocent victim wasn't so innocent after all). Well, I don't like those sorts of Lifetime movies. When a Lifetime movie is over, I want the undisputed good guy/gal to triumph, and the bad guy/gal to get their ass-kicked.

See, I usually get so annoyed by the 90 minutes of crap these women go through that I turn it off and miss the ass kicking part

However, ABC Family is almost always fun to watch and this movie in particual looks very funny. I'm actually quite excited to see it.
