Scream Queens
CC is set to play Ariana Grande's mother in Ryan Murphy's new series. I assume mid-to-late season as the series has been filming for a while now.

Wow. This is awesome! Thanks to younger relatives, I'm one of the people who discovered Ariana Grande as a terrible, terrible actress before I discovered her as an excessively melismatic pop singer, so I don't know how I feel about that part, but the rest of this is great!

I echo the sentiments about this show being so bad. Watched it tonight just for Charisma and boy am I glad it was just the one episode, I hope. I don't think I'd be able to stomach watching another episode just for her.
I think I'm just getting cranky about my tv in my old age.

I watched the episode too 'cause I didn't think it possible for it to suck more than the first two, but I was wrong. All that time with Glee should have made me realize that not only is there a lower place to go, but Murphy and company will go there happily.
