I'm so psyched that "Heroes" received a nomination, and beyond psyched that Michael C. Hall received a leading actor nomination for "Dexter". (Also? Woo hoo for Masi Oka!!!)

Woohoo for the Ugly Betty love. I'm kind of surprised to see Lost nominated. I would have thought something else would have kicked it out like, say, Friday Night Lights or Dexter (never seen it, but I know it's critically acclaimed). Maybe it's just my waning interest in the show, but I didn't think in general it was viewed as all that great any more. This season is better than last, but still I would have thought something newer would have bypassed it.

I cannot believe BSG got dissed again, especially given the genre love on this year's slate of nominees. But I'm glad to see GA represented, even if I think neither Dempsey nor Pompeo are the most talented among that cast. Katherine Heigl did get a nom, and I'm pleased as punch about that. And yeah, I'm surprised to see Lost there too. To me, that show just seems like a shadow of its former self, and I'm not alone. Right now, it's the show I still want to love but just don't.

Of those nominated, I'd be tickled if Masi Oka won. He's such a talented guy in so many areas. I'd also love America Ferrera to win. I saw her in something a few years ago and thought she was great. I haven't seen Ugly Betty, but I know she's a good actress.

Definitely. I think he'd be just about the most excited acceptance speech since Cuba Gooding Jr. won his Oscar for "Jerry Maguire". (And I will LOVE it if he gets up on the stage and screams "YATTA!!!")
Beyond that, I'm rooting for "The Office" as best comedy.
