Does this Article from Buffy Magazine Exist?

I hope this is the place to post this.
I asked this at AO and I'll ask it here as well.

In the Sep/Oct 2005 #11 Alias magazine an ad caught my eye for
The Official Buffy Magazine - 'Issue No.20'

It was for Buffy yet had a nice A/C picture on it (small but there)
What I'm interested in is the title of a supposed article written in the magazine titled: "What if: BTVS and Angel that might have been."

So my question is if the article exists what does it say?
What would have been the Angel stories and would it have involved A/C?

I'll check my mags but I don't think I have issue20. If I do I will scan and post it. Maybe we could find it online. Titan publishing makes the mag --

I don't know if this is the entire thing but there are some scans here. The C/A scan is near the bottom.

Honestly that's not what I was expecting from that article. I was excepting a list of stories that they had thought up and tossed out or what season 6 might have looked like or even stories they didn't get to do.
Maybe more about the what if's about the main characters (A/C). Or a longer article.

The Joyce or Doyle story line...not a big surprised there.

I think I would have preferred that 'what if' then what I read about in the supposed S4-S5.
Could have done without the CEO of W&H but hey. You get A/C at least from that story line. Plus I could see a Angel talk with Connor about Buffy's sister. LOL!!!
Why didn't they do that!?!?! I might have liked Dawn and Connor a lot more if that had happened.
