Private Message Problem
Is anyone else having trouble sending PMs? Every time I select "Review Message" or "Select Message" the computer freezes up. I thought it was just my cranky machine and a cleaning was required but now it happened on two other machines, one in a different location entirely. Help?

Can't get it to fail. How many saved messages do you have? Could you possibly be over the limit?

I had probs last night, Penny. Haven't used it today, so not sure if it's still a prob. Happened six times- right after hitting the send button. (I have about 4 messages in my box btw)

I had the problem posting messages in the last couple of days. It would freeze and I'd loose everything (on two seperate computers). But it hasn't happened today.
Don't you just love it when we bring you this hard to pin down crap?

Just happened again. And I have less messages than required. And it's not only after hitting "send" but also "review".

Guys, I can't get it to fail. My best fallback suggestion is to empty browser caches, just in case it's trying to default to an error page.
If you get any pop-up error messages to go along with the message failures, let me know, uhkay?

I have no problems sending/receiving messages but how do you archive/save them on your computer?
I am almost full and can't erase messages... I could but I really would like to keep them. How do you proceed? Thanks, Pat. |
