I don't like ER as an actress myself, she's pretty much done horribly in every role I've seen her in to the point that she's the critics' favorite joke. I wish they'd have gotten someone better like Charlotte Ross. I loved her in "Beggers and Choosers" at the time and thought she'd have made a great empathetic Kate.

I never did like Kate for all of the above reasons, and doubt I'll start liking her now.
