ex film student here the camera is taking the shot from the floor upwards to give a medium shot. they proberly wanted to focus on her legs and the person lying down first then her face last which is why its at that angle. it may look wried as a static shot but my guess is the camera is not going to pan up but pan across the screen in this shot. so i wouldnt worry
