I was a bit late in reading the books.... I didn't start reading them till last summer, and I was hooked... I read all 4 in a week.... They weren't the best books i've ever read but I couldn't stop, and have reread all of them a couple time.... I enjoyed the movie.... After my heartbreak over the Harry potter book/movies I've learned to separate the movies from the book, and enjoy them both for what they are...
Now as far as other vampire books go I have some that I love...

Linda Wisdom is great to but she's not all about vampires...
