Anybody would be blind to not notice the looks or secret swipe of the hands between them? Hello! The looks..they were practically eye f***ing each other. What, I'm not delirious.
On a more serious note, Angel rarely if ever smiled when he was with Buffy..and who the hell leaves their already uncomfortable boyfriend and ditches them with their friends. Cordy would never do that.

The point is from the very beginning you could see how comfortable he was with Cordelia and I LOVE the fact that they started out as best friends and became more. They're each others anchor..get it AnCor....awwww...*gets weird looks*
