I'm gonna have to go watch that scene tomorrow to find out if he says Chase or not. Oh the horror of having to watch it again.
He did say 'baby' in Heartthrob and it's not in transcripts, at least not that I've scene. I turned my tv all the way up, once just to make sure...lol.
