Not even to mention that in one major story arc, Stark's central nervous system is slowly being destroyed by the suit itself.
I really hope that 1) the movie is excellent, 2) it spawns at least a couple of sequels, and 3) they really let RDJ loose on the more driven, Howard Hughes-esque aspects of the character. (The trailers currently available make me think they're going to hit on #3 at least a little bit.) I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say this franchise has the potential to reset the bar for superhero movies, if not all comic adaptations.
