Charisma on Lucifer?
 

Charisma just posted a pic on her Instagram with Tom Ellis the lead in Fox networks Lucifer. "Warm welcome from the cast and crew." Anyone have any info?

Charisma Carpenter Joins the Cast of "Lucifer" as a Troubled Former Playmate

A new name can apparently be added to the cast of "Lucifer" as the clock ticks down towards its new season on FOX. Actress Charisma Carpenter ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Charmed") posted photos on Instagram from the set of the hit comic book adaptation along with captions stating, "So this is happening! ... You've been warned."

While there's been no official word from Warner Bros. or Fox, TVLine reports that she'll be playing a former Playboy Playmate named Jamie Lee Adrienne who was previously majored to a major Hollywood action star. Her partying days may be behind her, but she still has plenty of secrets.

Carpenter posted the following selfie with the show's star, Tom Ellis, along with shots of official set chairs.


Based on the recurring DC Comics/Vertigo character, "Lucifer" is a dark comedy, supernatural police procedural focusing on the fallen angel after he abdicates his throne in Hell to open a Los Angeles piano bar. In his spare time, Lucifer Morningstar helps the LAPD find and punish criminals. The new season debuts on September 19.

Hypable says CC will be in the fifth episode.

Damn, I only made it half-way through the first episode of this series before giving up on it. I'll have to find ep 5 now. :cool:

It's one of my new favorite series. Smart, fun and sexy.

CC did a good job as the "well preserved" girlfriend, which is what Lucifer calls her. LOL I kept thinking as I watched how she was once the lead on a similar show, and now these actors have their turn. It was bittersweet. But I'll take whatever CC I can get!

I love 'Lucifer' very funny and quirky, must be the british in me!

I had to snigger when CC was talking about 'Wesley' it brought back a few Angel moments. :angel:
