It's great to Charisma out and about, considering that she is separated and possibly going through a divorce. And that lion's head tattoo can be visibly seen.

That outfit is actually her coat. If you look at the bottom, you can see a sheer piece of fabric peaking out. That sheer fabric is her dress. You can also see a little bit of her dress, at the "V" of the coat.

But, yeah, that's a coat she's wearing over her dress lol

I hope you're right, it wouldn't be all that bad as a coat (you're entitled to have fugly coats IMO) but man as a dress or jacket and skirt, that's just :eek:
