To me is clearly fake. The hair is so much different than the rest of PB, the body is different and the face is really similar to one of her more seen pictures, but I don't remember which now, also yes, she said she won't do a total frontal nude, just topless. Also she doesn't have a tattoo there, at least that I know.
But seems to be a good manipulation. The body they used is similar (the superior part),

If it is real, it's old and not part of the PB pics, IMO. Her nips are clearly not the same and it just looks like a head pasted on yay!

CC's breasts are the real macoy [so i've heard, plus they don't look fake to me] but the ones on the pic in the link have 'plastic surgery'. practically written all over them. One of the originals where she is leaning against the wall, they also 'drop' naturally.
