There is no rhyme or reason for her representing France... it's just a ploy...

And why is she France?

Maybe the pictures have been published in french magazine, maybe she's relative to french people, maybe by chance... I don't know....anyway....for once (I may say it!) I find this standard bearer very very flattering for France :)
