Access Hollywood just ran a preview of the next episode which will include a segment called "Naked Hollywood", and hyped it with "Which celebrities will be taking it all off?" while showing quick black and white shots of a lady (her legs and waist).

Now, I'm not sure, but it might be Charisma. I think we should all keep a look out, just in case. :)
